Some people at the port had drivers who did not have permission to access the port and were left to walk to their cruise ship. Not us, we were dropped off at the Disney terminal and our driver expertly told us where to go as there were people everywhere (it was chaos). We are planning to use this company again next year. We had four large suitcases, a backpack and two personal items. We didn’t think to ask if they were sending a van beforehand because that’s what was pictured, so that’s what we were expecting.
